2. Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused
In its original condition
Returned in appropriate protective packaging

3. Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Because many Freedom Crate Co. items are made to order or customized, some items are not eligible for return.

Custom orders are final sale
Items with personalized markings, custom stenciling, or custom modifications are not returnable
Any item returned used, altered, or damaged after delivery may be denied a refund

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
