Freedom Crate Co. designs, builds, and sells handcrafted wooden ammo boxes, range boxes, and related products. Because many of our items are handcrafted, small variations in color, finish, grain, or stenciling may occur. These variations are a normal part of handmade products and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, prices, and descriptions at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States (unless otherwise stated on the site). Estimated shipping times provided at checkout are only estimates and are not guarantees. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.

Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout; we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that you provided.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Custom Orders

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For most non-custom items, we offer a limited return window, generally within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original or comparable packaging. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Certain items, including custom-engraved, personalized, or one-of-one builds, may be non-returnable except in cases of damage or defect. Any non-returnable status should be noted in the product description or in your order confirmation.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly with photos and your order details so we can evaluate the issue and work with you on a repair, replacement, or other appropriate solution.
