14-day return window
A return for an eligible standard catalog item must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Contact Freedom Crate Co. before sending the item back so the return can be identified and handled correctly.

Returns, refunds & cancellations
Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom builds cannot be returned after delivery, but a custom order may be canceled before or during production under the terms below.
Custom builds cannot be returned
A completed custom build cannot be returned after delivery. This includes work produced from an approved custom quote, customer-supplied dimensions, personalized markings, or other project-specific requirements.
Cancel before building begins
A custom order may be canceled for a full refund as long as building has not started.
Cancellation after work begins
When a custom order is canceled after building has started, the refund will be prorated to account for work already completed and materials already used or committed to the project. An applicable restocking fee will also be assessed. The cancellation amount and deductions will be explained before the cancellation is finalized.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on an eligible standard-item return. Use protective packaging and a trackable shipping method so the handcrafted item arrives safely.
Refund processing
An eligible refund is issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Items damaged through inadequate return packaging may affect refund eligibility.
Damage or an incorrect item
Tell us promptly so we can make it right.
Shipping damage or receiving an item different from what was ordered is handled separately from a standard return. Keep the packaging, take clear photos, and contact Freedom Crate Co. with the order details as soon as possible.
