Shipping policy
Most Freedom Crate Co. orders ship free within the contiguous United States. The exceptions below are kept straightforward so there are no surprise shipping charges after you commit to an order.
Alaska and Hawaii
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii. Contact Freedom Crate Co. before ordering so the shipping cost can be confirmed for your address.
Large custom projects
Some unusually large or heavy custom builds may require a shipping charge. That decision is based on the final packaged size and weight of the item and the resulting carrier cost.
No surprise custom charges
When a custom project requires paid shipping, the charge will be included in the written quote and approved before payment is collected or the build begins.
Handmade order timing
Build time and transit time are separate.
Many Freedom Crate Co. products are made or finished to order. Any estimated build time is separate from the carrier's transit time after the package ships.
